The registration fees include:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Symposium materials (Final program & Abstract book, bag, Pen, Note pad …)
  • Welcome reception (Tuesday evening)
  • Coffee breaks
  • 3 lunches (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
  • A certificate of attendance

The regular registration fees do not include:

  • Excursion (Wednesday afternoon, in option)
  • Gala dinner (Thursday  evening, in option)

Senior : 400 € TTC

Industry (including gala dinner) : 700 € TTC

Cancellation policy for Registration

 - Written cancellation received before August 31, 2017: a refund of the total fee will be made.

 - From August 31 to September 15, a refund of 50% will be made

- After September 15, refunds will not be possible.
